A new mode has been added to the plague game Plague, Inc. In this mode, the topic of saving the world from a pandemic virus is completely different from before.
Infectious Diseases Co., Ltd. is a copycat game that was released eight years ago. Gamers develop pathogens in the game and spread them to progress the game with the goal of destroying humanity at the end. The game has attracted attention whenever a disease outbreak in reality, such as the Corona 19 epidemic and the 2013 Ebola pandemic.
However, as the Corona 19 got serious, the developer (Ndemic Creations) decided to update the game to add a new mod that deals with the theme of saving the world from disaster.
The developer side cooperates with GOARN (Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network), an organization that dispatches experts to places where large-scale infectious diseases occur under the WHO of the World Health Organization to provide gamers with a sense of reality and experience worth studying. In addition, it will donate $250,000 to the WHO and contribute to the Corona 19 Solidarity Response Fund and the CEPI activities of the Infectious Disease Outbreak Countermeasure Innovation Alliance. In the game, they are also calling for a donation to the Corona 19 Solidarity Response Fund.
